Kukreja Hospital

You can find us at B-402 in the River View Apartments over in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 Extension. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which is nice compared to some of the busier hospital zones. Since we are part of an apartment complex area, we see a lot of the same families all the time. The building itself is sturdy but you can tell it’s been through many seasons. We have different wards and rooms spread out, and the hallways can get a bit narrow when the stretchers are moving through. The staff spends a lot of time on their feet, walking back and forth between the lab and the patient rooms. It is not a shiny, glass-walled hospital like the ones you see in the city center. We have normal curtains, metal bed frames, and those big oxygen cylinders standing in the corners. The nurses know most of the people by their first names. In the evenings, it gets a bit quieter, and you can hear the sounds from the apartment balconies nearby. We handle all sorts of things, from fevers to more complicated stuff that keeps us up all night. The paperwork is always a bit of a headache, with stacks of files sitting on the wooden desks in the office. We just try to get the jobs done and make sure everyone is looked after. It is a steady kind of life, working in a place like this in Mayur Vihar.
