Kewal Auto Enterprises

Kewal Auto Enterprises is right in the middle of the madness in Naiwala. If you have ever been to Karol Bagh, you know how 1/1283 is probably surrounded by scooters and boxes. We have been operating out of this spot for years, and the walls are pretty much covered in shelves from floor to ceiling. It is a tight squeeze sometimes when a lot of people come in at once. We spend most of our time looking up parts in old catalogs or digging through bins to find that one specific bolt or gasket someone needs for their bike. The street outside is never quiet, there is always someone honking or a rickshaw trying to squeeze past. We do not have a big marketing team, it is just a few of us making sure the orders go out and the customers get what they asked for. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually the only break we take. It gets dusty with all the traffic, but that is just part of being in this market. We know most of the other shop owners around here, and we all just try to get through the day. Sometimes the stock does not arrive on time, which is frustrating, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest shop in Delhi, just the one that actually has the stuff people are looking for when they are in a hurry and need to get back on the road.
