If you go to 29/1558 on Hari Singh Nalwa Street, you will find us there. This is Katyal Auto Traders. Karol Bagh is basically the center of the auto parts world in Delhi, and we are right in the middle of all that chaos. The street is narrow and always filled up with scooters and small delivery carts trying to get past each other. Our shop is a busy little place where the phone seems to ring every few minutes. We do not have any shiny displays or bright lights to show off. It is mostly just row after row of shelves filled with metal parts and rubber components. We open up early in the morning and we usually stay until the sun goes down. There is always a bit of a rush in the late afternoon. We talk to people from all over who come here looking for items they cannot find anywhere else. The building at 29/1558 has been our base for quite a while now. It has a lot of character, or maybe it is just getting old, but it works for what we need. We do not spend money on decorations because every inch of space is needed for storing our stock. If you walk in, you will probably see us sorting through a new delivery or helping someone figure out a part number. It is a very straightforward way to live. We still do a lot of things on paper instead of using a computer for everything.
