We set up shop at No. 123 in Chattapur Enclave. It’s a bit quieter here than the main markets, which is nice for getting work done without too much distraction. We handle a lot of pharmaceutical stuff throughout the day. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we store our stock and handle the billing. Usually, the mornings are the busiest because that's when the shipments arrive. We have to be careful with the storage temperatures, so that takes a lot of our attention. Sometimes the local roads get a bit muddy when it rains, making deliveries a bit slow. We just deal with it. It’s a small team here. We all know each other well and we don’t really follow a strict corporate vibe. It’s more like a group of people trying to get the job done right. We have some tea in the afternoon and talk about the day's tasks. The neighbors are mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise with the trucks. It’s a practical location for us since it’s tucked away a little. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. It’s a lot of back and forth. Nothing too exciting happens, just the regular flow of business in Chattapur. There are some trees near the gate that give a bit of shade. We've been here for years and it feels like home to us.
