Jericho Design Studio

Jericho Design Studio is tucked away at 8119/7 Multani Dhanda in the Pahar Ganj area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s right near the local police thana. That makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they are wandering through the streets of Multani Dhanda. Pahar Ganj is always a mess of people and bikes, but our little corner is where we do our design work. It’s not a big fancy studio with glass walls. It’s more like a workshop where things actually get made. We have rolls of paper and bits of fabric scattered around most of the time. It gets a bit chaotic when we are trying to finish a project. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy working on the actual designs to worry about that. Being near the police thana means it’s a bit of a landmark, so we just tell people that when they get lost. The street noise comes in through the windows, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend a lot of hours here, sometimes late into the evening when the rest of Pahar Ganj is starting to slow down. It’s a decent place to work if you don’t mind a bit of grit and hard work. We just keep our heads down and do what we do. Multani Dhanda has been home to us for a while.
