About Jamna Dass Graphic Designer – Media & Advertising in Central Delhi
I’ve been working as Jamna Dass Graphic Designer out of Rajendra Place 6 for a long time now. My workspace isn't what you’d call a high-end studio. It’s a small office in number 6, and it’s usually quite cluttered with sketches, old printouts, and different color swatches. Rajendra Place is a busy hub, and you can always hear the city noise from the window. I spend most of my day sitting at a desk that’s a bit too small for all my monitors and drawing tablets. There are stacks of paper everywhere, and I’m always losing my favorite pen under a pile of notes. It’s a bit messy, but that’s just how I work best. I don't have a team of people or a fancy reception area. It’s just me doing the design work that comes in. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so I end up taking the stairs, which is fine. The walls are covered in some of my old projects and a few calendars to keep track of deadlines. It’s a very simple, down-to-earth operation. I don't use any big marketing talk or try to sound like a big agency. I’m just a designer in a small room in Delhi trying to make things look right on the screen. It gets the job done, and I’ve grown fond of this little corner of Rajendra Place.
