Our branch is located at L. I. G.-3/20/526 in the Nehru Nagar area of Rewa. It’s not a big corporate tower or anything like that. We’re tucked into a regular neighborhood, which makes it feel a lot more comfortable for people to stop by. We deal with insurance, mostly for cars and bikes or health plans. It’s a lot of paperwork and sitting at desks. The office has a few chairs for visitors, and we usually have a fan going because the Madhya Pradesh heat can be something else. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just help folks get their policies sorted out without a lot of trouble. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, but we manage to get things done. Rewa is a quiet town, and we like the pace here. My own desk is right by the front so I can see everyone who walks in. We don't use a lot of complicated words or try to sell things people don't need. We just look at the forms and tell you what’s what. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at this same spot for a long time. Most people around here know us by name now. We just try to be helpful and get the insurance papers filed correctly so everyone stays covered. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day.
