Our office is over in Kamla Nagar, specifically at 5567/4 in the Newchandrawal area of Delhi. It is a very lively part of the city, and there is always something happening right outside our front door. We handle general insurance here, which means we spend a lot of time on paperwork for cars, health, and travel. It is a small place and it can get quite crowded on Monday mornings when everyone seems to need something at once. We are not trying to be fancy or act like a big corporate headquarters. We are just a local branch where people from the neighborhood can drop by. You will usually see us sitting behind a couple of computers with stacks of forms piled up on the side. We spend a good part of the day explaining the fine print to people who find insurance confusing. It is hard work and the traffic in Delhi does not make it any easier for folks to reach us, but we stay put and keep at it. We have been at this address for a while and have watched the shops around us change many times. There is no lobby music or free coffee, just a place to get your insurance sorted out. We try to be helpful without all the typical sales talk. If the power goes out, we just wait it out like everyone else on the street.
