Icici General Insurance

We have been operating here in Govind Nagar for a good while now, right at 126/31 S Block. It is a pretty busy spot in Kanpur, and our office is right in the middle of it. We mostly handle general insurance work, which involves a lot of sitting at desks and going through piles of paperwork for people in the neighborhood. It is not a fancy corporate building by any means. We just have some chairs for people to sit while we figure out their policy details or help them with a claim form. Most of our days are spent talking to local folks who need to renew their bike or car insurance. We see many of the same faces every month, which is nice. The traffic outside on the street can get quite loud, but we just keep our heads down and get the work done. Someone is usually available to answer basic questions about what a policy actually covers. We do not do big sales pitches or anything like that. It is more about making sure the documents are correct so there are no problems later on. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer jams, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. If you live around S Block, you have likely walked past our door without noticing us much. We keep things simple and practical for the local people here in Kanpur.
