I G Auto Agencies is located in Karol Bagh on Hardhyan Singh Road and H S Nalwa Street. We are right there where the two roads meet. It is a very busy corner. We see a lot of cars and people passing by every single minute. Our shop is quite simple. We have a desk and some metal racks for the auto parts we sell. I G Auto Agencies has been around for some time now. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. The floor is just concrete and the lights are a bit dim sometimes in the back. We spend the morning checking the inventory and the evening tidying up the place. Hardhyan Singh Road is a loud place but we are very used to the noise. It’s like background music after you have been here for a few years. We have some plastic chairs out front where the neighbors sit sometimes to chat during the slow hours. We talk about the market and how the general business is going. It is not always easy to make a living but we make it work. People come to us when they need something specific for their vehicles. We try our best to find it in our stock. If we can't find it, we look around the other shops. Karol Bagh is like one big family of shops anyway. We help each other out daily.
