Our shop is located in Sector 5, Rohini, right at the address C-6/151. We have been set up here in this part of New Delhi for a while now, just selling various things to the people who live in the neighborhood. It is not a massive warehouse or one of those shiny mall stores you see in the city center. It is just a retail space where we keep our stock and wait for customers to come in during the day. Most of the folks who stop by are from right around here, people we see at the local market or walking their kids to school. We try to keep the shelves organized, but on the busy days, things can get a bit messy, which is just part of the daily job. We are not trying to be some big corporate giant or anything like that. It is just a few of us working behind the counter, answering questions and ringing up sales. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck is late, and we just have to deal with those problems like everyone else in Rohini. We do not have a marketing team or anyone telling us what we should say to people. We just talk to customers like they are our neighbors, because they usually are. We know which items sell fast and which ones sit there for a long time. It is a simple way to make a living.
