Gupta Ji Hardware Tools Store

Over in Karol Bagh, specifically in the Naiwala area, we have our store on the ground floor at 24/1482. Everyone around here knows this area is famous for auto parts and tools. We fit right in with the rest of them. Gupta Ji is usually the one sitting near the entrance, talking to customers or checking the ledger. We sell all the basic hardware you might need—screws, hammers, pliers, and some specialized tools for car mechanics. The shop is small and packed tight. We try to keep things in some kind of order, but when it gets busy, boxes end up everywhere. Karol Bagh is a place that never sleeps, so there is always a lot of energy outside. We get a lot of walk-in customers who are looking for a specific bolt or a tool they lost. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us and a couple of helpers who know where everything is hidden. Sometimes we drink tea with the neighbors while waiting for the next customer. We don't have a mission statement or anything fancy like that. We just try to have the stuff people are looking for at a price that isn't too high. The shop has been here for a long time, and the walls show it. It’s a bit worn out, but it’s home for us. We stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening.
