Glen Mark Pharma

Down here in Nehru Vihar, specifically at E-94, things stay pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. Glen Mark Pharma is located in a part of Timarpur that feels very lived-in, with lots of people moving about and small shops everywhere you look. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place where we keep the records and coordinate the medicine shipments. Inside, the floors are a bit worn down from people walking back and forth between the storage area and the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different people about supply lines and making sure the boxes are ready for pickup. There is always a tea stall nearby where we grab a quick drink when the afternoon gets a bit slow. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy slogans. Most of the time, we are just worried about whether the truck showed up on time or if the electricity is going to stay on during the rainy season. It’s a very practical environment. Sometimes the computer acts up, or a shipment gets delayed, and we just deal with it as it comes. It feels like a real neighborhood business even though we are part of a bigger pharmaceutical world. We know the people around here and they know us, which makes the long hours in Timarpur feel a lot more manageable for everyone on the team.
