Ghai Estates is located at 5071 B on DB Gupta Road in Karol Bagh. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how packed and energetic it is every single day. Our office is right in the middle of that rush. We’ve been here long enough that the noise of the traffic on DB Gupta Road just sounds like background music to us now. It’s a small space, filled with old desks and a lot of registers where we keep track of things. We don't go for any of that modern corporate look; our office is practical and a bit worn in, which is how we like it. Most people come to us because they want to find a spot in Karol Bagh, whether it's for a shop or a small apartment. We spend a lot of time walking through the narrow lanes nearby to show people different properties. It’s hard work sometimes, especially when it’s hot outside, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the area like the back of our hands. We try to be straightforward with everyone who comes in. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just show what’s available and help with the paperwork if they decide to go ahead. It’s a busy life here in Karol Bagh, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
