It’s a place where we handle a lot of different auto parts and supplies. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a few of us working together to keep the orders moving. Most of our day is spent checking boxes and talking to suppliers on the phone. The shop gets a bit cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we manage. We’ve learned to navigate the narrow lanes around here quite well. Even when the monsoon rains flood the street a bit, we stay open. It’s a practical business. We don't use fancy words or try to impress anyone with a shiny showroom. What you see is what you get. We know the local mechanics and the other shop owners nearby. We help each other out when we can. If we don’t have a part, we usually know who does. That’s just how things work in this market. We’ve seen the industry change over the years, with new models and different types of engines, but the way we do business stays pretty much the same. It’s about being reliable and showing up every morning to open the shutters. That's really all there is to it. We just keep our heads down and work.
