Gaga Ram Hospital

We are located in Rajinder Nagar, specifically on the ground floor of the private OPD section. If you walk into the reception area, you’ll see us right there. It’s a busy spot in Delhi, and there is always something going on around the hospital. The ground floor is usually the most crowded part because that is where everyone first arrives. We have a few benches for people to sit on while they wait. The lighting is that bright office kind, and there’s always the sound of people talking or phones ringing in the background. It’s a very functional space. We don’t have any fancy art on the walls, just some signs and notices about where different departments are located. The reception desk is quite high, and there is usually a stack of forms waiting to be filled out. Being in Rajinder Nagar means we get a lot of people from the local residential areas and students too. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to the pace of a Delhi hospital. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The staff here is used to the rush. We don’t have much time for small talk, but we try to be clear about where people need to go. It’s just a standard hospital environment where everything is about moving to the next task on the list for the day.
