G B Pant Hospital

You can find us on the 3rd floor of the old building at G B Pant Hospital. This section is over in Darya Ganj and specifically handles the staff nursing side of things in Ward No-7B. Being in the old building means the walls have a lot of history and the hallways are a bit narrower than the newer sections. It’s a very busy spot because the nurses are always on the move, checking on patients and managing the floor. Darya Ganj is a crowded area of Delhi anyway, and that energy carries right into the hospital. There’s a lot of noise from the equipment and people talking in the corridors. We don’t have much time for anything other than the work at hand. The 3rd floor stays active 24 hours a day. It’s a tough environment sometimes, with a lot of pressure, but everyone just puts their head down and does what they need to do. The furniture is old and the tiles are worn down from years of people walking back and forth. It’s a real, working hospital floor without any of the polished look you see in private clinics. We just focus on the patients in the ward and making sure the shifts transition properly so the work never stops in this part of the city.
