Pitam Pura is where we have our small setup at KP-137. Being in New Delhi means everything is fast, but we try to keep things simple here. The name is Electronics And Communication, which is exactly what we focus on. It’s a small place, really. We don't have a big sign or a lot of staff. Usually, it's just one or two of us handling whatever comes in. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we help out a lot of families with their home gadgets. It can be a bit cramped when we have a lot of jobs at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Delhi. We just want to do a decent job for the people around us. You won't find us on any huge billboards. Most people find us because a friend told them we were okay. We have some old shelves filled with parts and a few workbenches that have seen better days. It's a real working environment, not a showroom. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out with a cup of tea. It is just life in the city. We appreciate the people who stop by and trust us with their stuff. We just do the work and hope it helps someone stay connected. It is a modest living but it is honest and keeps us engaged with our community.
