You can find us at Shop No 2 in Karol Bagh. We are situated on Gagan Mandir Marg, right near Gali No 3 and 4. The address is 10942/1,5A. If you have ever been to Karol Bagh, you know it is one of the busiest places you could imagine. There is always music, people shouting, and the sound of rickshaws. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. It is a small space, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Decent Properties has been a part of this street for a long time. We handle a lot of local property matters. It is mostly just sitting down with people and going over what is available in the nearby lanes. Karol Bagh is a maze, so knowing the specific gallis is really important. We have our files organized, but the office can look a bit cluttered with all the maps and documents we keep. It is a very human way to work. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors. People wander in from the market all the time. We do not have a big corporate strategy. We just know the area and we tell people the truth about what they are looking at. It is a busy, noisy, and honest way to make a living. We like being where the people are. It is never boring, and there is always someone new walking through the door with a question.
