Nishu Properties

We are based right on Ajmal Khan Road in Karol Bagh, which is one of the busiest streets you will ever see. Our place, Nishu Properties, is located at number 253936 and it is right in the middle of all the shopping and market energy. The noise from the street never really stops, but we are used to it by now. Our office is quite simple and a bit cramped because space is hard to come by on this road. We have some old desks and plenty of ledgers where we keep track of what is happening in the local property market. It is a very hands-on kind of job, and we are often out on the street walking to different buildings or meeting people nearby. We don't use any fancy technology, just basic phones and our own knowledge of the neighborhood. People often drop in while they are out doing their shopping just to ask a quick question. We try to keep things honest and tell people exactly how it is. Sometimes we share a tea with a neighbor and talk about how the road has changed over the years. It is a tough, fast-paced environment but we like the energy of Karol Bagh. We are not a big company with a lot of polished talk, just some local guys who have been working on Ajmal Khan Road for a long time.
