Nishat Estate

Our small office, Nishat Estate, is located right on Bank Street in the Karol Bagh area. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Green Guest House, which most people in the neighborhood know well. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people walking to the markets, but inside it is a bit quieter. We have a few desks and some old chairs where we sit and talk to people who wander in. Most of the time, we are just looking through files or making notes about different properties around this part of Delhi. It is a simple setup because we do not think you need a fancy lobby to do honest work. We spend our mornings checking on things and the afternoons are usually for meeting folks who have questions about local spots. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit by the door to catch the breeze. It is just a few of us here trying to keep things organized and helpful for anyone who stops by. We have been in this same spot for a while now and we know the lanes around here pretty well. There is no big corporate staff, just a couple of people who show up every morning, make some tea, and get to work. We like being part of the Bank Street hustle and bustle. It feels like home to us after all these years.
