Modern Times Helpline Pharma is situated on the ground floor at Plot No. 4402, 5a/7, right on Ansari Road near the HDFC Bank. Being on the ground floor is handy because we have a lot of stuff moving in and out all day. Ansari Road is a famous spot for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the rest of the neighborhood. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals written on the walls. Mostly, we just have calendars and lists of what needs to be delivered. The office is usually humming with the sound of the printer and people talking on their mobiles. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don't sit around in meetings all day. Instead, we are usually checking boxes or verifying invoices. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic outside and the bank next door, but we don't mind. It feels like we are in the heart of the action. We handle a lot of different pharmaceutical products, and keeping it all organized is our main task. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when a big shipment arrives, but we always get it sorted by the end of the day. We are just a group of people doing a job we know well. There is no need for anything more complicated than that. We just show up, work hard, and make sure things get where they are supposed to go. It’s a busy life.
