Our place is right in the middle of the madness at Bhagirath Place. If you've ever been to Chandni Chowk, you know how crowded it gets. We are up on the first floor at number 1702/102. It’s an old building, like most things around here, but it stays cool enough in the summer. We spend most of our hours sorting through orders and talking to the transporters. The narrow lanes make it hard to move big shipments, so we usually have to rely on the handcarts. It’s a lot of manual work. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls. It's mostly just shelves and desks piled with ledgers. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just keep working. That’s just life in this part of Delhi. We see a lot of people coming and going every day. Most of them are looking for specific supplies that are hard to find elsewhere. We do our best to keep things in stock. It gets pretty dusty with all the construction nearby, so we’re always wiping down the counters. It’s a plain setup, nothing special to look at. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on moving. It’s a reliable spot for us even if the traffic is a nightmare. Our lunch breaks are usually spent getting some street food from the vendors downstairs. It’s a very busy life here, but we’re used to it.
