Our place is located at Wz106/81 on the upper ground floor in Rajouri Garden Extension. Being in New Delhi means it’s always loud and there’s always something happening right outside the window. This Canon India spot is where we handle a lot of the day-to-day tech support and sales stuff. The upper ground floor sounds a bit fancy, but it’s just a regular office space with a lot of wires and boxes. We have people coming in from all over the city, usually looking for help with their gear or just asking questions about what’s new. It gets pretty cramped when we have a big delivery, but we manage to find space for everything. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you usually just walk in and find someone at their computer ready to talk. We don't go in for big marketing talk or trying to impress people with big words. We just talk like normal people about what’s wrong with a machine or how a certain camera works. The Rajouri Garden area is always moving, so we try to keep pace. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and staying on top of the latest updates. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, which is a bigger tragedy than a broken printer for most of us. We keep things honest and just tell people how it is. It’s a decent place to work, and we’re glad to be part of the local business scene here in Delhi.
