Cadence Design Systems

Our office for Cadence Design Systems is over at 113, D/3 in Munirka. If you know New Delhi, you know Munirka is always busy and full of students and workers. We’ve been tucked away in this building for some time. It’s a modest space, nothing like those glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. We have what we need to get through the day—a few computers, a working fan, and enough space to sit. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decor. Most of our furniture is stuff we've had for years. We like it that way because it feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. There’s no dress code here; we just wear whatever is comfortable. We don't have a big marketing plan or a sales team. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the address. It’s a bit of a maze to find the right door sometimes, but we’re usually inside working away. We take our breaks at the local stalls nearby. The work is steady and it keeps us busy. We aren't looking to change the world or anything. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us. It’s a straightforward business in a busy part of town. That’s all there is to it, really. Just hard work and local roots.
