Our office for Cadence Design Systems India Pvt Ltd is at Flat B41 in City Aptt. This is in Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it’s actually quite peaceful compared to the main city markets. We have turned this flat into a workspace where we handle all our design projects. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much coffee every day. The 110096 area is quite well-connected. We’ve been here for some time and the neighbors are used to us coming and going at odd hours. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just the flat number. It’s a practical way to work without the high costs of a big commercial building. We focus on the engineering and design side of things. Most of the day it’s just the sound of typing and the fan humming. We don’t really do any self-promotion. We just take the work we get and try to do it right. Sometimes we sit on the balcony for a few minutes just to get some air. It’s a very low-key operation. We are just regular people who happen to be good at technical design.
