Cadence Design System

We are located at H. No. 137/11 in Zakir Nagar, Okhla. It’s Mr. Noor-Ul-Absar’s place, and he’s been kind enough to let Cadence Design System operate out of here. New Delhi is a crowded place, and Zakir Nagar is no exception. It’s always buzzing with people and smells of food from the street vendors. Our workspace is small and a bit cramped, but it gets the job done. We don't have a fancy storefront or a big sign outside. It’s just a house where we do our business. Sometimes the power goes out, or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but that’s just life in this part of town. We don’t mind it much. We have been here for a bit, and the neighbors know us. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us sitting around a table working on our projects. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just do the work. It’s practical and it’s local. If you’re looking for us, you have to look closely at the house numbers because they can be a bit confusing. We like being in Okhla. It feels real. There’s no pretense here. We just show up, work hard, and head home when it’s dark. It's a simple arrangement that suits us well and keeps our lives uncomplicated.
