Blk Super Speciality Hospital

Blk Super Speciality Hospital is located right on Pusa Road. It’s a central spot and easy to find if you’re driving by. We stay busy from Monday to Sunday. There isn't really a time when the place is empty. We see families coming in and out all day long. Some look worried, others are just waiting around. We try to keep the lobby as calm as possible, but it’s hard when it’s so full. The work we do is pretty straightforward. We manage the daily flow of people and make sure the facilities are running. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing. We just answer them one by one. Pusa Road is always noisy, which is just part of the city life. We don’t spend much time thinking about how we look to the outside world. We are more worried about the tasks inside these walls. There’s a lot of equipment to look after and schedules to maintain. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon here. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some of the staff live nearby, others travel quite a distance to get here. It’s a community of workers just trying to do a good job every single day.
