You’ll find us at Building No-5 on Pusa Road. It’s right where Rajinder Nagar and Prasad Nagar meet up. Working at Blk Super Speciality Hospital means there is never a dull moment. We deal with all sorts of situations. Some days are harder than others, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. The building itself is quite large. We spend a lot of time making sure the rooms are ready and the corridors are clear. It’s a lot of manual work that people don't always see. We don’t really use fancy words to describe what we do here. It’s just a job that needs doing properly. The neighborhood around Pusa Road is always moving. We see the morning rush and the evening crowds from the windows. Inside, it’s a different kind of busy. There are a lot of desks, machines, and people waiting. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people, it’s a challenge. We don’t have much room for error. The staff eats lunch in shifts because someone always has to be available. It’s a bit of a maze if you’re new. We usually tell people to look for the signs or just ask someone in a uniform. It’s a practical place, not a showroom. We just keep our heads down and work.
