Being in Delhi, Bharat Electronics Ltd is right in the middle of everything. This city never really stops, and the office reflects that energy. It’s a busy place with a lot of foot traffic and people coming in and out for various approvals and meetings. The noise from the street is a constant background hum that we’ve all grown used to. Inside, the space is packed with desks and computers. We have stacks of papers that seem to grow every week despite our best efforts. It’s a functional environment. We don’t have a minimalist design or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly maps, calendars, and technical charts. The Delhi heat can be brutal, so the air conditioning is usually working overtime. We drink a lot of water and tea throughout the day to keep going. Getting to work can be a struggle with the metro crowds and the traffic, but once we’re here, it’s all about getting the job done. We handle a lot of coordination for the bigger projects from this hub. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when deadlines are close. We just push through it together. There’s a certain grit to working in Delhi that you don’t find elsewhere. It’s not about the image; it’s about the output and making sure the electronics side of things is handled properly. We keep at it every single day.
