Bharat Electronics Ltd

In Mathura, Bharat Electronics Ltd is located at D-19 in the Jawahar Bagh Colony. It’s a relatively quiet area compared to the city center, which is nice when you need to focus on technical work. The office is a basic layout, nothing too fancy or modern. We have our desks, some old cupboards for storage, and the usual office equipment that sometimes needs a good thump to work right. The colony has a residential feel to it, so it’s not like being in a cold industrial zone. You see neighbors walking their dogs or kids playing nearby while we are inside dealing with electronics and logistics. Mathura has a certain pace, and we tend to follow that. We aren't rushing around like people in Mumbai or Delhi. We take our time to make sure the details are right. The building at D-19 has been our base for a while now. We know the local shops where we get our stationery and the guy who fixes the AC when it breaks down in the sweltering heat. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows everyone’s business. We don't have big meetings in glass rooms. Instead, we just lean over each other's desks to solve problems. It is a very hands-on way of working. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is and how things get done.
