Bharat Electronics Ltd

Down here at 454 Vikas Kunj, things stay fairly steady. This part of Vikas Puri is where Bharat Electronics Ltd has its base. It’s a standard New Delhi neighborhood, so you know what the summers are like—hot and a bit cramped. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a door with the name on it. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and some workstations where the real work gets handled. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything that doesn't help us get the job done. Most days, we arrive early to beat the worst of the traffic on the way into New Delhi-18. We have a small team here. We know each other well and we don't bother with corporate meetings or long emails. If something needs fixing or checking, we just do it. The street outside can get a bit crowded with cars parked everywhere, but we manage. People stop by occasionally to check on orders or just to see if we’re in. We keep a regular schedule and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s just a plain business doing regular work in a regular part of the city. We’ve been here long enough that the walls have a few scuffs, but it feels like home to us. We’ve even got a small kettle for tea in the corner which gets used a lot.
