Rk Pharma is based in the Jagson Pal Building, which is over in Bhagirath Palace. Our unit number is 1520 / 201. If you know anything about Bhagirath Palace, you know it is the heart of the medicine trade in this area. It is very old, very crowded, and there is always someone trying to push a cart past you in the narrow lanes. Our office is tucked away in the building, and it is a hive of activity from the moment we open the doors. We deal with a lot of different pharmaceutical supplies. It’s a lot of phone calls, writing out invoices by hand, and checking stock in the back. The walls are a bit stained from years of use and the wiring isn't the prettiest, but it’s a functional space that has served us well. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just focus on having the right items in stock and giving people a fair price. It can get pretty stressful when the market is busy, but we have a good rhythm going. We are just a bunch of regular folks who know our way around the pharma world. It is a bit chaotic at times, but that is just the character of Indira Puram and the surrounding market.
