Jdsd Softtech Private Limited is located over at Rose Villa on Panchayat Road in the Das Colony area of Silchar. We’ve been set up here in Cachar for a while now. It’s a decent place to work from. Our office isn't some high-tech lab with robots; it’s basically just a house that we’ve converted into a workspace with some desks and computers. We focus on software stuff, as the name suggests. There’s a group of us who handle the coding and the technical support. We aren't big fans of fancy corporate talk or long-winded explanations. We prefer to just sit down and get the work done. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when you need to concentrate on a difficult bit of code. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the road to get some snacks or just stretch our legs. We started this company because we wanted to do something for ourselves in Silchar rather than moving away to a big city. It’s been a challenge at times, especially when the power goes out, but we manage. We don't have a marketing department to make us look more important than we are. We are just a local software shop. We do our work, we talk to our neighbors, and we try to keep things moving forward. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we enjoy the work we do.
