Pk Solution

We are located on VIP Road, not too far from the Assam State Electricity Board. We’re also quite close to the Sawata Mali Mandir on Baner Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know those landmarks. We call ourselves Pk Solution because we mostly just deal with whatever technical problems people bring in. Usually, it is someone with a laptop that won't start or some software that is acting up. The office is usually a bit of a mess with cables and parts lying around. It’s not a fancy place, just a room where we can sit and focus on the work. I spend a lot of my time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. Some days it is really busy and the phone won't stop ringing, and other days it is quiet enough to actually get some cleaning done. We try to talk to people normally and not use too much jargon because that just confuses everyone. It’s mostly just us two or three people here, working through the repairs. It is a good neighborhood, and having the Mandir nearby means there is always something happening outside. We just keep the door open and handle the jobs as they come in, one at a time. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
