We fit right in with all the chaos. Our space is practical. It has to be, because we are dealing with agriculture and there is no room for anything that is not useful. Burhanpur is a hot place, especially in the middle of the day, so the Mandi is most alive when it is still dark out or early morning. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in. It is hard work and your hands usually end up dirty by noon. We do not mind it though. This is how it has been for years. Santokh Singh has been a fixture here, and we just keep that tradition going. We are not some distant company; we are right there on the ground in the middle of the market. It is honest work.
