Blue Flash

We have been here at B 48, Apollo Avenue for a while now. Most people in Burdwan know the area. It’s a busy spot. Blue Flash isn't some giant corporation with fancy offices. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We started small. Just a few of us trying to make a living. It’s not always easy keeping everything running smooth but we manage. People around here usually just drop by when they need something. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, despite the name. It’s mostly just tools, desks, and a lot of coffee. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem, we fix it. That's how it goes. My cousin used to work here too but he moved away last year. Now it is just the core team. We know the neighbors and they know us. The shop gets a bit dusty in the summer when the wind blows down the avenue. We clean it up on Saturdays mostly. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s better that way anyway because you know who you are dealing with. Just local folks doing our part in the district. Nothing more to it really. We just come in, do the job, and go home to our families at the end of the shift.
