Ritesh Medicals is right on the Main Road here in Sonala, Buldhana. Being on the main road means there is always someone popping in, whether it’s for something specific or just to ask for directions. It’s a local spot and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We keep the shelves stocked with whatever people in Sonala usually need. It’s not a huge shop, so things can get a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. Usually, one of us is behind the counter while the other is trying to find a box that got tucked away in the back. We don't really have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just open up in the morning, sweep the front, and start the day. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just sit and watch the traffic go by on the road. Other times, it’s a bit of a rush and we’re moving as fast as we can. It’s a good place to work because you get to talk to your neighbors every day. People stop by to chat even if they don't need anything. That’s just how it is in a place like Buldhana. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the counter gets covered in notes and slips of paper. It’s a real business run by real people who live right around here. It is just a simple shop.
