Simlex Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd. is situated at number 43 in Hero Nagar. To find us, you have to head towards P.O. Dujana, right off the G.T. Road in Dadri. It’s a good location because the main road makes it easy for trucks to get in and out, which is important for the kind of stuff we do. We are mostly focused on the engineering side of things. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for years. It feels more like a small family than a big corporation. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear or how they talk, as long as the work is getting done right. The G.T. Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather makes things difficult, but we just adapt and keep moving. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a dedicated sales team. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. We just try to be fair and do a solid job on every project that comes through our doors. It isn't glamorous, but it is steady. We are just a local engineering firm doing our best in Dadri.
