Kalpataru Power

Our setup is located in Vill-Lahadhara, near Post-Bhadsiyana, which is out in the Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. The pin code is 245208. It is a bit of a drive to get out here from the main city, and the roads can be quite bumpy depending on the season and the rain. Kalpataru Power is the name on our gate. The office itself is very basic and practical for what we need. We have some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of files stored in cabinets. It’s a dusty place because of all the construction and movement in this part of Ghaziabad. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every room, so we mostly rely on the breeze and some ceiling fans to keep cool. Most people who work here come from the surrounding villages. We know each other well and it feels more like a small community than a big company. We start our day early before the sun gets too hot to handle. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we go to talk about the day's work during our breaks. We don't use any complicated systems or fancy corporate talk around here. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we do it. It is honest work in a quiet part of the state. The building is simple, made of brick and mortar, and it serves us just fine.
