Our place is in the village and post area of Sonda, which is in the Bulandshahr district of UP. It’s a very local, rural spot, far away from the big city noise of Delhi. We operate out of a small building that serves as our main point of contact for this area. It’s nothing much to look at from the road, just a simple structure where we keep our records and a few tools. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after the monsoon, so we’re used to things being a little bumpy. People in the village are friendly, and we see the same faces every day when we’re heading into work. There’s no corporate polish here; we just sit at our old desks and get through the paperwork or organize the local laborers. It’s a very practical way of doing things. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If someone needs us, they just walk up and knock on the door. It gets cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so we just dress for the weather and keep going. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really matter as long as the work gets finished. It’s just a honest, local workplace for the team members who live around here.
