Pace Convent School

Pace Convent School is located in Dibai, specifically over by the Ram Nagar Gait. It’s a small place compared to some of the big schools in the cities, but we like it that way. Being in Bulandshahr, we have a very close connection with the people living nearby. Our morning starts with opening the main gate and checking the courtyard. There’s always some dust to sweep away before the children arrive. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals pinned to the walls. We just want to make sure the kids have a place to sit and learn their lessons. Most of our day is spent navigating the hallways and making sure the teachers have what they need for their classes. The building is older, and it has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the winter or the way the light hits the back rooms in the afternoon. We do our own maintenance most of the time. When a parent comes in to talk, they usually just sit down in the office and we have a normal conversation. No big speeches or sales pitches. We’ve been part of the Dibai community for quite some time, and people know us by name. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time, making sure the school stays open and the lessons keep moving forward.
