Mas Public School

You can find us out on Ahar Road in Charora, near Jahagirabad. It’s a bit of a drive out into Bulandshahr, but we like it here. The school sits right in a spot where it’s mostly quiet, which helps the kids stay a bit more focused than they might be in the middle of a big city. We’ve got the basics covered. Desks, chairs, some blackboards, and a patch of ground for sports. It isn't always perfect—sometimes the power goes out or a window needs fixing—but we get it done eventually. The staff here are locals for the most part. They know the families and they know the kids. We spend our days going through the curriculum and making sure the homework gets checked. It’s a lot of routine, but routine is good for learning. Parents stop by often to check on how things are going, and we usually have time for a quick chat by the gate. We aren't a massive institution, just a local school trying to provide a place for education in this part of Bulandshahr. The kids seem happy enough, and that’s what we look for. Life moves at its own pace here on Ahar Road. We just keep the gates open and the lessons moving forward as best as we can every day. It’s practical work and we’re glad to be doing it for the community.
