Bright Public School

Bright Public School is found on Subhash Road in Khurja. If you know the Bulandshahr area, you know Khurja is famous for its pottery, and you can see that influence all around us. Our school is just a regular building on a fairly busy street. Every morning, Subhash Road gets crowded with cycles and rickshaws bringing kids to our gate. We’ve got a mix of ages here, so it can get quite loud during the lunch break. We don't have any of those expensive modern facilities you see on TV. We have wooden desks, blackboards, and teachers who know every student’s name. It’s a local place through and through. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts and dusty floors. The staff room is usually full of talk about the upcoming exams or what’s happening in the neighborhood. We try to keep the garden out front looking decent, but the sun is often too hot for the plants to survive. It’s an honest place to work and learn. We see parents at the gate every afternoon, waiting to take their children home. There’s a sense of routine that everyone seems to appreciate. We just do our bit for the kids in Khurja. It’s not complicated, and we don't try to make it seem like something it isn't. Just a school on a road.
