Tenoline Farmer Producer Company Limited is an agricultural group in Budgam. Our main office is located at Mukam Teh Chadoora, in the Nagam area. Mohd Afzal Ganiee is the one who handles the record-keeping and keeps things organized for us. We are just a group of local people who decided to register a company so we could manage our farming business in a more official way. The weather in Budgam can be very unpredictable, but the soil is rich if you know how to treat it. We don't have any massive corporate goals or visions. We just want to ensure that the people who are actually growing the food get a fair price for their work. It is a lot of effort, and sometimes we honestly wonder if the paperwork is worth the trouble. But we stick together because it’s better than being on our own. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It is just a simple place where we keep our files and meet up to talk about the business. We don't use any marketing language because we don't have anything to hide. Our work is visible in the fields all around 191113. We are practical people dealing with seeds, soil, and the daily grind of the farm. It is not a glamorous life. We have dirt on our hands and we’re usually exhausted, but this is our home.
