We are set up in North Kolkata, right in the Bangur Avenue area. It’s Block-B, specifically Flat No-43 in the P-300 building. Doing EPC work from a flat might seem a bit different, but it works perfectly for us. The streets around Bangur are always lively, and there is a certain energy to this part of the city that keeps us going. Being in Kolkata means we deal with the rain and the crowds, but that is just part of the charm. Our space is filled with files, computers, and the occasional stack of blueprints. We manage our projects from this hub, making sure everything is aligned with the sites we oversee. It’s not a corporate glass tower, just a functional space where real work happens. We drink a lot of chai and spend hours on the phone coordinating logistics. The neighbors in the building are nice, and we try to keep the noise down. It’s a practical way to run a business in such a crowded city. We’ve found that being in a residential block actually makes the work feel more grounded and connected to the people. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just look at the plans, talk to the contractors, and make sure the engineering side is solid. It’s a steady pace here in Flat 43, and we like the balance of city life and professional focus it offers.
