Larsen & Toubro Limited

This is the Larsen & Toubro spot over in Bokaro Steel City. We are currently set up at Quarter Number 210 in Sector 3/D. It is a standard residential area in the city, so it feels very much like being part of the local community here in Jharkhand. Even though L&T is a massive name that almost everyone knows, this specific office is just a small, practical part of the bigger picture. We handle things for the local projects from this specific quarter. It is not a shiny corporate tower with glass walls; it is a simple space where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the day's tasks. The street outside is usually busy with people going to work at the steel plant or heading to the markets. We have got the usual office supplies inside, but the place definitely has a lived-in feel to it. Most of us have been working in the 827003 area for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and where to grab a quick snack during our break. We do not have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of security guards standing around. You just come to the door and see who is available to talk. It is a very straightforward way to work. We spend a lot of time out at various project sites, but this is where we come back to finish the paperwork. It is just a hardworking environment without any extra polish.
