M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited - Ecc Division

Our office for M/S Larsen & Toubro Limited, specifically the ECC Division, is located at House Number 381 in the Co-Operative Colony of Bokaro Steel City. If you know Bokaro, you know that the steel plant is the big thing here, but we focus on the construction and engineering side of things. Being in the Co-Operative Colony is great because it’s a established part of town with a bit of a community feel. We aren't in a big glass building. Instead, we work out of this house, which has been converted into a functional workspace. There are desks squeezed into rooms and the cupboards are full of files and old site records. We deal with a lot of the Jharkhand infrastructure projects from this very desk. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We'd rather just have good fans for the summer and a reliable internet connection for our reports. The staff here are mostly local folks or people who have moved here for the industrial work. We have a lot of tea and spend our time sorting out the logistics for the construction sites. It is a steady environment where everyone knows their job. We just keep things moving along without making much of a fuss about it.
