M S Larsen Toubro Ltd has an office here in Bokaro Steel City, specifically at P L Jarotiya 34 in the Co-Operative Colony. Bokaro is a city that was built around the steel industry, and you can see that in the way everything is laid out. Our office is in a colony that feels quite established and stable. It is not a flashy place. We have a simple entrance and the rooms inside are filled with the usual office supplies. Being in Jharkhand, we are used to a certain pace of life. The Co-Operative Colony is a decent place to work because it is a bit quieter than the main industrial zones. We have a small team here that looks after the local administrative needs. There are a few trees outside that provide some shade, which is nice during the peak of summer. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. Mostly, we just have charts and schedules. People here know their business and don't need a lot of direction. We drink a lot of coffee, talk about the local news, and make sure the paperwork for the steel city projects is in order. It’s a practical, straightforward environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We are just a group of people working out of a house in the colony, making sure the daily tasks are completed without too much fuss or extra noise.
