Fact Personnel Private Ltd

Our office for Fact Personnel is in Bokaro Steel City, specifically in the Doctors Colony area. It is a residential quarter, Q.No-1037/Iv-C, which makes the whole vibe feel different from a typical business district. It’s a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and families living all around us. We’ve turned part of the house into our workspace. It can be a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have several people coming in for interviews at the same time, but we always make it work somehow. There’s a small waiting area with some old magazines and a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to different companies or looking through piles of resumes. It can get pretty busy, especially on Monday mornings when everyone is looking for something new. The weather in Jharkhand can be unpredictable, so we’re always keeping an eye on the roof when the heavy rains start. We don't have a big HR team, just a few of us who have lived here long enough to know the local industries well. We’ve been in Bokaro for a long time, so we know our way around the steel plant and the different sectors. It’s a simple setup. We don't use any fancy tracking software, just some well-organized folders and our own memory. We just keep at it, trying to help people find work without making it too complicated or stressful.
